INTORDUCTION
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases.Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme (protease) produced by non-pathogenic enterobacterium Serratia.
USES OF ACECLOFENAC, PARACETAMOL & SERRATIOPEPTIDASE TABLETS
Aceclofenac, Paracetamol &Serratiopeptidase Tablets is mainly used in treatment of muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used for treatment of fever, rheumatic pain and spondylitis.

Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 which is responsible for production of prostaglandin (PG). this exertsanti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic effects.Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
