INTORDUCTION
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.Caffeine is a stimulant, analgesic drugs and agents used to increase alertness.

Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol & Caffeine Tablets is mainly used in treatment of toothache, muscle pain, fever & rheumatic pain. It is also used to treatment of headache, joint pain, body pain, muscle strain, viral fever, and joint stiffness.

HOW DICLOFENAC SODIUM, PARACETAMOL & CAFFEINE TABLETS WORKS
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 which is responsible for production of prostaglandin (PG). This exerts anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic effects. Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heightening alertness, and sometimes causing restlessness and agitation. It relaxes smooth muscle, stimulates the contraction of cardiac muscle, and enhances athletic performance.
