INTORDUCTION

HOW PARACETAMOL & CAFFEINE TABLETS WORKS
Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heightening alertness, and sometimes causing restlessness and agitation. It relaxes smooth muscle, stimulates the contraction of cardiac muscle, and enhances athletic performance.
