INTORDUCTION
Ibuprofen is nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and non-selective COX inhibitor derived from propionic acid. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.Caffeine is a stimulant, analgesic drugs and agents used to increase alertness.

HOW IBUPROFEN, PARACETAMOL & CAFFEINE CAPSULES WORKS
Ibuprofen inhibits the activity of both COX-1 and COX-2. The inhibition of COX-2 activity decreases the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in mediating inflammation, pain, fever, and swelling. Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heightening alertness, and sometimes causing restlessness and agitation. It relaxes smooth muscle, stimulates the contraction of cardiac muscle, and enhances athletic performance.
