Vitamin A converted 11-cis-retinal in the retina which is necessary for vision. Vitamin D3 metabolites calcium and phosphorus in the small intestine, serving to increase serum calcium and phosphate levels sufficiently to allow bone mineralization. Vitamin B1 is having antioxidant, erythropoietic, cognition-and mood-modulatory, antiatherosclerosis, putative ergogenic, and detoxification activities.
