Ketoconazole binds to the fungal P450 enzymes and stops the cells making ergosterol, the main component of the cell wall. This treat skin infection.Clobetasol blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria while Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungus.
